Hey everyone, I was shopping for a windshield for my Ford F150 05 pickup truck and thought I would share my findings with you guys. I was able to get the windshield installed for $188 where I live just North of Houston. Milstead auto glass was the installer, and they did a good job. I was told they sell low price auto glass all over Houston, so you might want to check them out.

I was talking with my neighbor the other day in Conroe Texas and he said he had used a company called Charlies Auto Glass in the past and liked their service and prices BUT that he tried the glass.net service for a side auto glass for his daughters car and got a cheaper price than when he called Charlies direct.  I think they must have to give discounts to glass.net users?

Anyone else have a comment? Anyone else getting low price auto glass in your area?

I have a 2005 Ford F150 pickup truck and the rear glass was shot out by some kids and their trusty BB gun. I called my local Ford dealer and was quoted over $700 for a Ford replacement glass. Wow, $700!

I found this site after doing a search and boy am I glad I did. I got a free price quote from this site and got my auto glass installed for less than $200!  Did you hear me, less than $200.

I am not sure how these guys do it so cheap but it looks great, and I can honestly not tell the difference from a factory Ford glass and their glass replacement.
